Our Team

We are a group of practitioners  with a combined 30 years of experience in the field of Boston psychiatric care. Together, we have established Arcara Personalized Psychiatry of Boston, MA, to allow us to use our extensive psychiatric knowledge to treat patients, primary adults and geriatric clients. As needed, we refer patients to a Boston psychiatrist. On an annual basis, members of our team attend regular national conferences and training seminars to ensure that we remain up-to-date on all the latest developments in the field of behavior health and psychiatry.

Kimberley Arcara, owner of the practice, worked as a registered nurse (RN) for 12 years before becoming a nurse practitioner (NP). While receiving her clinical training she worked at an assisted living geriatric facility which had a large concentration of residents diagnosed with psychiatric disorders such as mood, schizophrenia, and anxiety. After earning her master’s degree, Kimberley worked in a Worcester outpatient psychiatric clinic prior to founding Arcara Personalized Psychiatry.
